Kick off your weekend with 45 minutes of hard work and high energy. This class blends strength, conditioning, and mobility into one balanced session that leaves you feeling strong, athletic, and ready for whatever the weekend brings. Every workout is a little different, sometimes heavier, sometimes faster, but always built around smart, challenging training that rewards effort and consistency.
