Adult Strength, Mobility & Conditioning Programs

What we do best is coach adults who want structure, accountability, and real results without feeling overwhelmed. Every session is intentionally programmed, fully coached, and designed to progress so you always know you’re moving forward. You don’t need to be “in shape” to start; that’s our job. Our consistency-focused scheduling means you train on the same days, at the same times every week, building a routine you can actually maintain while working with coaches who know you, your goals, and your program. Your first class is free so you can experience the coaching, environment, and pace before committing.

  • Foundations

    The Adult Foundations Program is a guided 6-week onboarding experience designed for non-athletes, busy adults, and parents returning to training. Learn how to move, train, and progress with confidence.

  • Total Body Strength

    Total Body Strength Sessions are 45-minute, coach-led workouts designed to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and improve movement through purposeful, strength-focused training for every fitness level.

  • HIIT

    Adult HIIT is a fast-paced, 45-minute session built around smart intervals that challenge strength, endurance, and focus. Expect high energy, clear coaching, and powerful results without leaving you wrecked.

  • Weekend Warrior

    Weekend Warrior is a 45-minute, high-energy session that blends strength, conditioning, mobility, and a supportive community to help you finish the week strong, feel athletic, and start your weekend on a high note.

Youth Athlete Development That Builds Real Performance

Our Youth Athlete Development programs are built for parents who want their kids to improve as an athlete, grow stronger, and gain confidence in a safe, structured environment. We focus on proper movement patterns first, then build progressive strength and athletic ability in a way that supports long-term development. Every session is coached with intention so athletes learn how to train, reduce injury risk, and build habits that carry across seasons, sports, and life. Whether your child is new to training or competing at a high level, we help them develop strength, coordination, confidence, and a foundation that supports athletic success for years to come.

  • Spring Strength and Conditioning

    Our Youth Hockey Performance Program is built to develop power, endurance, and total athleticism through two progressive 4-week training cycles. Athletes complete performance testing on day one and the final session to track measurable gains and see their progress from start to finish. Train hard, improve faster, and build the foundation for success on the ice.

  • Early Athletic Development Program

    Early Athletic Development program introduces children ages 4–6 to fundamental movement skills through coach-led, play-based activities. Designed by performance professionals, the program focuses on balance, coordination, agility, and body control in a safe, fun, and age-appropriate environment that supports long-term physical development and a positive relationship with movement.  

  • Strength & Conditioning

    Off-Season Strength & Conditioning is a focused training experience for high school athletes who want to train with purpose. This program builds strength, power, and conditioning that not only elevate performance but also protect against injury by improving movement quality, joint stability, and resilience. Athletes receive individualized coaching in a small-group setting, emphasizing proper technique, smart progression, and recovery. The result is an athlete who returns to their season stronger, faster, and better prepared to stay healthy.
