Head Performance Coach
KP earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Aurora University and NASM personal training certification. Since joining GForce in early 2025, KP has advanced to Head Performance Coach at the Bensenville location, overseeing programs for the Chicago Blues, Chicago Cougars, Roosevelt University, and the Chicago Chiefs while managing team coaching, athlete development, and coach mentorship.

Strength and Conditioning Coach
Born and raised in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, Chris brings both academic expertise and competitive athletic experience to each athlete he coaches. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science from Benedictine University and ran cross country and track and field.

Strength and Conditioning Coach
Born and raised in Franklin Park, Illinois, Mike holds a degree in Kinesiology and is a dedicated hockey and fitness coach. He has spent years helping athletes and individuals of all ages reach their sport-related and fitness goals, combining his education with hands-on experience to deliver effective, results-driven training.

Connor Frey
Head Performance Coach - Chicago, IL
Connor earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in exercise science at the University of Toledo. Since October 2019, he has been a Head Performance Coach at GForce Athletics, managing programs and coaching teams like the Chicago Mission AAA and Chicago Stallions. Connor trains athletes in the gym and on the ice to improve their performance.

Strength and Conditioning Coach - Chicago, IL
Born and raised in Deerfield, Illinois, Jimmy earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science from Arizona State University and is pursuing his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. As a national-level Olympic weightlifter, Jimmy understands the discipline and precision required for peak performance and brings that same focus to his coaching.

Justin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Lewis University and is currently pursuing his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential. Justin has hands-on experience in strength and conditioning through his internship at Delta Sport Fitness & Nutrition. His approach emphasizes building strong, well-rounded athletes who can maximize their performance and durability.

Ashley is an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) with a B.A. in Physical Education, Sport, and Fitness from Carthage College. She earned a Master's Degree in Human Performance and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa. Additionally, she holds a PhD in Global Sport Leadership from East Tennessee State University. Ashley trains athletes across multiple sports, including hockey, football, swimming, and soccer.

Her coaching approach emphasizes helping athletes reach their full potential through attention to movement quality and confidence building.

Zostautas has over 20 years of experience across collegiate, professional, and tactical settings, mentoring over 100 professional athletes. He holds a Master's in Kinesiology and a B.A. in Health & Exercise Science. As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach, he guides athletes through all stages of development, from foundational training to high-performance competition and return-to-play.

Lane Tihonovich
Head Performance Coach
Lane was a competitive dancer and runner growing up and then fell in love with weightlifting her senior year of high school. She studied Exercise Science with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning at Colorado State University. She went on to receive her CSCS and USAW coaching certification and trained in a variety of settings; including with the D1 athletes at the United States Air Force Academy, and with an infantry brigade at JBLM.

With seven years of dedicated experience in fitness leadership, Jay specialize in managing gym personal‑training departments and designing comprehensive strength and conditioning programs. His career spans corporate wellness centers, private consulting, tactical training units, and collegiate athletics. As an athlete, Jay played soccer at the collegiate level.
